I remember back during my single and ready to mingle days, there was plenty of time...then comes marriage and a baby carriage, and I'm here today wishing I had more. If we were to get more time we would want MORE time and MORE time so it's better to do with what we have :) I think this is why prioritizing is best :) it is also essential to slow down and take a minute to smell the roses, otherwise we'll be pulling our hair out in no time! I feel like I may not have time to make any of the things my family so looks forward to. I had a lot of extra time this week due to taking 3 vacation days (I call it my Christmas Sanity Week), but I was busy every single minute of it, so I didn't feel particularly rested or festive. I think the "stuff to do" just magically fills up every tiny grain of time available, so I just pare down the to-do list and what I get done, I get done, and what I don't, I don't. #SITSSharefestAdriansCrazyLifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04463022076036044242noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12565507.post-45404612799801114372013-12-14T21:09:00.656-05:002013-12-14T21:09:00.656-05:00If I had more time, I'd use just to,sit back a...If I had more time, I'd use just to,sit back and watvch my daughter grow. I try to remember that whenever I'm making a choice of what to spend my time on--don't spend it on something worthless, but instead something worthwhile! That idea really helps me in making choices. And this week it meant spending time with my little sisters instead of chores and computer work that needed to happen sometime, but could be postponed. :)Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07894832851934334471noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12565507.post-21736794328655126302013-12-14T10:59:29.381-05:002013-12-14T10:59:29.381-05:00I think we could all use a little more time, could...I think we could all use a little more time, couldn't we?

I like that you mention reading your bible. I know over the last several months I have been trying to cut down on some things that take too much time away (like watching things on television) to replace them with things I ultimately enjoy more, like reading.

Also am trying to get up early enough to spend time reading the Bible, exercising, and having breakfast before work so that I feel I've done some important things early and will have a better start to the day.
