This Hamburger Will Make You Hungry

We found the best hamburger place in downtown Orlando the other day (after finding the abandoned yellow submarine - clearly it was a good day for finding things), and I am going to share it with all of you.

Are you ready to feel hungry? This is what we ate at Beth's Burger Bar:
Lunch At Beth's Burger Bar
Let's start with the sides. French fries. Sweet potato fries. Frickles.

Frickles are fried pickles, y'all. Fried pickles with homemade horseradish dip. Everything about that last sentence is delicious.

I know you want to see a close-up shot of Thomas' fancy burger. It has tomatoes, lettuce, A1, bleu cheese, and jalapenos.

Fancy Hamburger

This is my cheeseburger up close. It has mustard, ketchup, A1, and extra pickles. (I love my pickles.)

Katarina had peanut butter sauce on her cheeseburger, which sounds a little scary, but was actually really good. It is a special honey peanut butter sauce that they make there at the restaurant.

Beth and Tracie

This is Beth, the queen of hamburgers. She opened Beth's Burger Bar a few months ago, and describes it as a "big kid's diner" (they have beer and wine). It is a perfect hang out place - good food, cool vibe, and great music. And she makes amazing homemade chocolate chip cookies, too.

You can find all of the fun hamburger toppings listed on the Beth's Burger Bar website, and like her on facebook where (as much as I love Five Guys) I giggled when I saw her about section say, "Proof once again that one girl can beat five guys!"

*This post is in no way sponsored. I just love a great hamburger and a fun place to eat, and I wanted to share. If you are in Orlando, you should definitely check them out.

    1. You probably can't get a burger like that in TX....which means you will just have to come visit me! ;-)

    1. Snacks are good. Looking at this post is making me want to go visit Beth's again right now - but it is probably a little early in the day for a hamburger.

  4. Forget the fried pickles..the pictures of the fresh pickles are driving me crazy! I have a big pickle thing, when I'm pregnant and when I'm not. Lifelong. Those burgers look like the perfect size too!

  6. {Melinda} I'm not a big burger person, but these look great. My local favorite burger joint is Five Guys. :)

  8. I think I just died and went to heaven. I love me a good burger. Too bad I am nowhere near Orlando. Fried pickles?! Wow. Not sure I'd try those (don't think my waistline would enjoy it) but then again, with a foodie husband I just might.

    Stopping by via SITS.

    1. It is all about moderation, right? So a few are okay, but a plate full is probably too much (not that that has ever stopped me before).

  9. I think Beth and I need to become best friends. However, Beth needs to eat some of her own food. She's too skinny to own a hamburger joint!

    1. She is so cute. I think I need to become her best friend too. Maybe I could help taste test new burger ideas.
